Episode: "Before and After" In Kes' version of the future, Tom and B'Elanna are together, and exchange a kiss in the holodeck scene.	Episode: "Macrocosm" Tom complains to B'Elanna about a malfunction in the heating array, which incinerated a pot roast and caused the replicators to go offline..
Episode: "Macrocosm" B'Elanna's reaction upon seeing the burnt chunk of meat.	Episode: "Macrocosm" B'Elanna offers to have a look at the replicator, but at Tom's taunting, she suddenly tries to excuse herself out of it.
Episode: "Macrocosm" Tom stops her from leaving and B'Elanna sneers, "Oh, you need me. I'm touched."	Episode: "Macrocosm" B'Elanna opens up a panel to look at the neural gel pack to find it infected with a virus.
Episode: "Macrocosm" The gel pack bursts and spews out infected gel all over B'Elanna's hand.	Episode: "Macrocosm" The Doctor comes down to the Mess Hall to examine B'Elanna who feels very ill.
Episode: "Macrocosm" Eventually, the virus spreads and Tom becomes ill too. They sit together in misery.
Episode: "Blood Fever" In the caves, B'Elanna's Klingon mating instincts are taking over. "I've picked up your scent, Tom. I've tasted your blood."	Episode: "Blood Fever" Tom tries to explain he won't take advantage of the situation because he knows the chemical imbalance is affecting B'Elanna's judgment.
Episode: "Blood Fever" Outside, Vorik tries to claim B'Elanna as his mate, and B'Elanna takes his challenge of ritual combat to resolve their pon farr. Tom restrains B'Elanna from lashing out at Vorik.	Episode: "Blood Fever" Tom cradles B'Elanna as she lays exhausted after the fight with Vorik.
Episode: "Blood Fever" Back on the ship, B'Elanna insists that the best way to proceed is to forget the entire ordeal ever occured, because everything she'd said and done was under the influence of the chemical imbalance.	Episode: Real Life Tom finds B'Elanna sitting alone in the mess hall and takes the seat next to her. He notices that she is trying to hide the PADD she was reading.
Episode: Real Life To her dismay, Tom takes the PADD from her.	Episode: Real Life Tom reads it aloud, and is surprised by its contents.
Episode: Real Life He asks B'Elanna if it is a Klingon romance novel, and, embarrassed, B'Elanna says that Klingons do indeed have a romantic side.	Episode: Real Life Tom says that he'll take the novel to read, hoping to gain insight from its contents.
Episode: Real Life B'Elanna says that it's not a technical manual he can "learn" from, but she is clearly enjoying the banter.
Episode: "Displaced" Tom and B'Elanna arguing about Tom's Klingon martial arts holodeck program.	Episode: "Displaced" Tom and B'Elanna relax in the holodeck as they try to reconcile their friendship after an awkward experience.
